Product Purchase

Purchasers and other persons shall use this product at there own risk. The Purchaser is solely responsible when permitting other people to use this product. The Seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this product. The Seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for injury or death arising from the use of this product. Please wear Australian standard safety glasses and the appropriate protective gear whilst using this product. This product should not be used by minors without constant adult supervision. This product will not be able to be registered for use on a public road and the Seller is not responsible for any disregard for public road rules by using this product in an illegal manner. The Seller does not make any claims as to the suitability of this product for any specific purpose or use. Before use, Purchasers and other persons should check with their local authorities for area specific rules and regulations relating to the use of this product.

Limitation of Liability 


In no event shall Tradeline Tools or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, AGR's liability is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant good(s).

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Tradeline Tools does not accept any liability for:

  • any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Tradeline Tools
  • errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the Tradeline Tools web site;
  • you acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the Tradeline Tools web site and/or any linked website;
  • any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or personal information and/or financial information stored on those servers;
  • any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Tradeline Tools web site; and/or
  • any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the AGR web site by any third party.

Customer Service Policy

Tradeline Tools is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We Endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We process our orders within 1 business day and standard delivery timeframes are between 1-7 business days depending on the area. Please allow time for rural areas. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Returns and Refund Policy

You may return new and unworn items in their orginal packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using either Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway or Star Track Express. Who we use depends on the size of the item and who services the area best.We charge a flat Shipping rate per item. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
