Returns and Refund Policy
You may return new and unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs paid for by the buyer. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll will cover the return shipping costs and organise the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We would also appreciate an email or phone call beforehand (on 03 9497 9799) advising why you would like to return the item purchased so we can make the process as easy as possible or provide a solution . We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
